G2’s Principal
Christine Glavasich, President of the firm and Project Manager, has over 20 years experience as a Construction Cost Analyst, Scheduler and Value Engineer.  Her wide range of project experience includes major new construction and renovation projects in the public and private sectors.  Under her leadership and full project involvement, G2 Project Planning has provided project intelligence and advice to architects, engineers, public agencies, building owners and facility managers and planners on a wide variety of project types, including Corporate, Industrial, Healthcare and Laboratory, Educational, Transportation, and Judicial/Courthouse Projects.   Her experience includes:
10 Years as President and Working Principal of G2 Project Planning Inc., where she has successfully developed a project and client base of the key architectural and engineering firms as well as some of the largest construction management firms in the Tri-State area;
7 Years as a Project Manager, Construction Cost Analyst and Scheduler with Hanscomb Inc., the international construction management and cost consultancy;
4 Years as an Estimator and Associate Project Manager at a large New York City based general contracting and construction management firm.
In addition, Ms. Glavasich has a substantial background in the areas of Value Engineering and Value Management.  Certified as an Associate Value Specialist by the Society of American Value Engineers (SAVE), Ms. Glavasich has been involved in Value Engineering reviews of major capital works for agencies such as NYC Office of Management and Budget, MTA/New York City Transit, NJ Transit, and the Port Authority of New York & New Jersey, as well as for corporate and institutional clients such as Pfizer Inc. and Columbia University.  As economic conditions become more complex, the role of Value Management and Analysis on projects becomes key in order to retain the integrity of projects, ensure that necessary functions are achieved as well as to actively support the Project Team in the development of a project which fully satisfies the requirements of all its vital constituents.
Ms. Glavasich received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Monmouth University and a Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Baruch College (CUNY), Zicklin School of Business.   She is currently pursuing a Master of Science (MS) Degree program in Urban Infrastructure Engineering and Management at Polytechnic University in Brooklyn, New York. 
G2 recently relocated the main business operations from mid-town Manhattan to the City of Beacon, New York, in southern Dutchess County.  This strategic move has allowed us to both retain our key client and project base in the New York City’s five boroughs and New Jersey while gaining clients, projects and overall experience in Westchester, Dutchess, Orange and the Upstate New York region generally.
